Who Is This Ski Touring Trip For?

This journey is designed for skiers with previous ski touring experience and a suitable level of fitness for consecutive days in the mountains.

Safety and Flexibility

Mountain safety is always the first priority.

The published programme is indicative and may change because of weather, snow stability, avalanche risk, road access or accommodation availability. The trip leader selects the final route each day after evaluating the latest conditions and the abilities of the group.

If a planned summit is not suitable, an alternative route will be chosen to provide the best possible experience within an appropriate safety margin.

Best Time for Ski Touring in Greece

The ideal period for ski touring in Greece is mid-January to mid-April, when snow conditions are most stable and the mountains are at their most spectacular.

Conditions vary considerably from year to year. The best period depends on snowfall, temperature, altitude and the orientation of each route. Midwinter often provides colder snow and deeper coverage, while spring can offer more settled weather and enjoyable transformed snow.
