I invite you to join me for an exciting and adventurous experience! A Via Ferrata (Italian for ‘iron path’) is a protected climbing route equipped with a steel cable rail, metal steps, ladders, suspension bridges, and zip wires.
Crete’s only Via Ferrata is located in the Asterousia mountain range. It is moderately difficult (international grade B), well-protected, and offers breathtaking views of the Libyan Sea throughout the route.
This activity is a fantastic way to connect with nature while challenging yourself both physically and mentally. The adrenaline rush is unbeatable! Plus, you’ll get to explore some of Crete’s most striking and rugged landscapes with the added security of the steel cable rail.
